We work with you from a supportive, empathic framework. Together, we will examine what goals you have for your life and how therapy may help you reach these goals.
First session: We discuss your goals for therapy and and background information that gives context to your concerns. We will pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and explore any ways your relationships, family, and cultural contexts relate to your presenting concerns.
Ongoing sessions: We provide personalized, evidence-based care rooted in compassion and collaboration. Our integrated approach draws from well-established psychological research and culturally responsive practices. We’re here to support your goals while staying flexible—ready to meet you where you are and address what matters most in the moment.
We accept cash, check, credit card, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle. We are not currently on any insurance panels, but can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, according to your individual plan.

We have the ethical and legal duty to keep client information confidential. Confidentiality helps create an environment where clients can openly disclose personal information they may not share otherwise. There are some legal exceptions to confidentiality, which will be covered during our first meeting.
Therapy sessions typically occur weekly and last 50 minutes. The overall length of therapy—how many weeks or months—depends on your unique goals, needs, and life circumstances. Some people find a few sessions helpful for short-term support, while others benefit from longer-term therapy for deeper exploration and lasting change.
We’ll work together to determine what feels most supportive for you.
